What if I am late for a session?

Although being late for a session is always possible and unavoidable,  I need to ensure subsequent client appointments start on time. We will therefore always finish 50 mintes from when the session was scheduled to start.  
Cancellations
Please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your counselling session. 
If you give at least 24 hours notice, there will be no charge.
If less than 24 hours, or no notice, is given the full fee may be charged.  
​Block Bookings
Payment must be made in advance. If you cancel within the six session, you will be charged at the normal rate of £50 per hour for the number of sessions you have attended with the balance refunded to you.
